OVERVIEW
Joseph Flynn (he/him) (you can call him Joey if you want) is a composer, arranger, and percussionist from north Georgia who attended Berklee College of Music as a Film Scoring major. While his main focus is music for film and games, his compositional interests also include solo marimba literature and arranging for marching percussion.

EDUCATION
At Berklee, Joseph has studied film scoring and composition under Alison Plante, Claudio Ragazzi, Tim Huling, and others, as well as studying percussion under Richard Flanagan, Tom Schmidt, and world-renowned marimbist & educator Nancy Zeltsman.

 
THE MARCHING ARTS
Joey has devoted a large portion of his life to the marching arts community, and performed for 3 years as Center Marimba for the Casper Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps front ensemble, under the direction of Lauren Teel. He also has taught, arranged, and designed for high school marching percussion ensembles, such as his alma mater Lambert HS (Suwanee, GA) and Southlake Carroll HS (Southlake, TX).
